Tonight is the first summer youth group - a pool party... so far kids seem to be busy w/ other things. It's very discouraging!!! But - i'll push on and make more phoen calls and see if I Can get a handfull....
VBS starts on Sunday. I do have 70 kids signed up for that so far... quite anxious about evthing falling into place!! I"m awful at delegating and communicating w/ my volunteers.. something I need to work on. Although half my volunteers are away this week anyway - which makes communicating hard as well...
Sunday is JOhn's bday!!! I think Saturday we are going to Annapolis for the day! Very excited about that - i've never been! :)
